This is also to ensure that the product(s) are returned to us in a suitable and undamaged condition. Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or the refund may be refused. Refunds exclude any delivery and shipping costs.Please note that we are currently unable to exchange products; we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. In addition, personalised items are not eligible for return and will be refused and sent back to the customer.Any free gifts sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be included in your return parcel in order to be eligible for a refund.If you would like to return your products, please use our Returns Portal.
