When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We use DHL for all deliveries. The delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days during busier periods and for personalised items.

Please note that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the specified delivery address may sign for your delivery. We are not liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for within a building, for example an office address provided for delivery.

Please make sure the destination country is selected correctly when placing an order. This is to ensure that no additional charges are applied at customs.
